Shipping Policy
-Orders may take 2-3 days to process and to ship out. We will do our best to handle and process all orders as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to hold shipments for a longer period for certain reasons that may affect the survival of your livestock order such as a extremely cold winter weather or a summer heat wave for example. If there will be a shipping delay you will be contacted and made aware of any delay and new expected shipping date.

DOA Policy
-Livestock orders are guaranteed to arrive alive. In the event that an item arrives DOA (dead on arrival) you must contact us and take a clear picture of the item in the bag as received and a clear picture of the item out of the bag within 4hrs of delivery (Carrier posted time). Failure to contact us within 4 hours of receiving item will void the guarantee.
Refund Policy
-No refunds. Store credit or a replacement item will be given for DOA if a same item is in stock. If a replacement item is not available. Store credit will be for the purchase price of the item excluding shipping cost and taxes, No refunds on shipping costs.
We are not responsible for DOA due to shipping carrier delay.
